We dromen van een weekend waarin kalligrafie, schrijven, boekbinden en typografie elkaar via opeenvolgende workshops ontmoeten.
Voor het affichebeeld heb ik me alvast uitgeleefd — en het weerspiegeld wat we jullie tijdens het weekend van 04+05/04 willen bieden.

9u30 tot 18u- Zaterdag (9u30 tot 18u)
Een samenwerking tussen Caroline (kalligrafie) en Matilde (writing / poëzie): Een spel van handgeschreven letters (pen en inkt) ontmoet de poëzie van woorden — in het Frans, Nederlands, Engels en Portugees.We werken met tekst, ritme, klank en vorm. En we bereiden voor wat op zondag verder zal groeien.
- Zondag (9u30 tot 18u)
We maken een typografische vertaling van wat we de vorige dag gecreëerd hebben. Met Jeanne bundelen we alle resultaten in een boekje. We denken na over compositie, druk, papier, volgorde en vorm — tot alles samenkomt in een tastbaar geheel.Elk onderdeel wordt telkens gevolgd door een piepklein stukje geschiedenis van de boekdrukkunst.
Kortom: idealiter volg je beide dagen, als je naar huis wil gaan met een unieke livre d’artiste.

Nous rêvons d’un week-end où la calligraphie, l’écriture, la reliure et la typographie se rencontrent à travers des ateliers successifs.
Je me suis déjà amusée à créer l’image de l’affiche — elle reflète ce que nous souhaitons vous proposer durant le week-end des 04 + 05/04.

La vie est pour les rapides — max. 6 personnes
2 jours = 320 € / 1 jour = 175 €- Samedi (9h30 - 18h)
Une collaboration entre Caroline (calligraphie) et Matilde (écriture / poésie). Un jeu de lettres manuscrites (plume et encre) rencontre la poésie des mots — en français, néerlandais, anglais et portugais.Nous travaillerons le texte, le rythme, la sonorité et la forme. Et nous préparerons ce qui continuera à grandir le dimanche.
- Dimanche (9h30-18h)
Nous réaliserons une traduction typographique de ce que nous aurons créé la veille. Avec Jeanne, nous rassemblerons tous les résultats dans un petit livre. Nous réfléchirons à la composition, à l’impression, au papier, à l’ordre et à la forme — jusqu’à ce que tout prenne corps dans un objet tangible.Chaque étape sera accompagnée d’un tout petit fragment d’histoire de l’imprimerie.
En bref : l’idéal est de suivre les deux jours si vous souhaitez repartir avec un livre d’artiste unique.

A collaboration between Caroline (calligraphy) and Matilde (writing / poetry). A play of handwritten letters (pen and ink) meets the poetry of words — in French, Dutch, English and Portuguese.We will explore text, rhythm, sound and form. And we will prepare what will continue to grow on Sunday.
- Sunday (9 till 18)
We will create a typographic translation of what was produced the day before. With Jeanne, we will gather the results into a small book.We will reflect on composition, printing, paper, sequence and form — until everything comes together in a tangible object.
Each part will be accompanied by a tiny glimpse into the history of printing.
In short: ideally, you join both days if you wish to go home with a unique livre d’artiste.
