with this perforation machine you make dotted lines that can be ripped off, just like the 'old stamps'. the perforation line is max 40cm long and can be used for up to 300gr.
you don't need to have a turn card to use this one, you just pay the hourly fee of 6€/hour for the use of the atelier/machines.
